We have featured a whole host of Star Wars related gadgets on GadgetHeat and although the Star Wars TV with Integrated DVD and Lightsaber Remote isn’t the best, it is probably one of the most functional (the best is the R2D2 DVD projector – fantastic).
The Star Wars TV with Lightsaber Remote comes in the shape of Darth Vaders’ head, is 14 inches and has an integrated DVD player. The DVD player also caters to CD, CD-R and CD-RW disks so your viewing material doesn’t necessarily have to be ‘legit’ if you get our drift.
Despite the many buttons, the remote control is a bog-standard control for both the TV and DVD player on one side, with the other side being crafted to look like a budget lightsabre. Not too heavy on the realism there.
You can pick up a Star Wars TV with Integrated DVD and Lightsaber Remote for around $210 (£130) from Toys R US (another relic form the 80′s ^^).
