Another day another sequel. The Thanko HDD Media Player 2 is a skeleton media player that comes with everything except the hard-disk drive (I can imagine the confusion on the faces of consumers thinking – ‘but it said HDD on the package…’).
Once you have slotted in your own external HDD into what is essentially a pimped-out enclosure, the Thanko HDD Media Player 2 allows you to play all the media stored on said drive with its external assorted buttons and LCD screen.
At only $70, the Thanko HDD Media Player 2 is decent value for money, especially seeing as it can play everything from mp3 to DivX and VOB.
