Take a sideways look at the HTC Snap handset and you may just confuse it with a Blackberry Bold. But alas (or for joy, depending on your point of view), this is a purebred HTC smartphone.
At under half an inch thick, the HTC Snap handset is svelte as well as pretty. Drumroll for the specs please: 2.4-inch screen, 528 MHz Qualcomm processor, 192 MB RAM, MicroSD slot and 256 MB internal memory, 3G HSPA, Bluetooth 2.0, 802.11g wi-fi, 2 megapixel camera, GPS and a QWERTY keyboard. Battery is purported to last for up to 8.5 hours of talk time an even more impressive 15 days of standby.
The handset should be available in the next few months but if you want a price for the HTC Snap handset, you’re out of luck. No details on the price-tag as yet so stay tuned for an update
