Real Trekkies don’t just live the dream, they smell it….Anyway, these Star Trek Colognes prove that you don’t just have to wear costumes, fake ears and learn a non-existent and yet frustratingly difficult language (Klingon) to be a true fan, you can also smell like your heroes too.
The Star Trek Cologne comes in thee odours, Tiberius, Red Shirt and Pon Farr. The descriptions made us laugh. Tiberius, supposedly a nod in the direction of James ‘Tiberius’ Kirk (you knew that, right?), is allegedly spiked with “notes of freshness and sensuality”. We think it’s just spiked.
The equally laughable descriptions of Red Shirt and Pon Farr has the former billed as having top notes of green mandarin, bergamot, and lavender, with base notes of leather and grey musk. The former (Pon Farr), is designed to ‘drive him wild’ and is pitched at female Trekkies with no self-respect or who don’t realise when things have gone too far.
