Another day, another netbook slash notebook and this time it’s the turn of the Packard Bell EasyNote Butterfly laptop. At 13.4 inches worth of screen real-esate we think it has ‘midrange’ plastered all over it but the reasonable specs make us think it may be packing more than meets the eye.

Blurring the line between notebooks and laptops even more is the new MSI Turion X2 Notebook (aka MSI GX733 Notebook) aimed directly at gamers and (illegal) movie fans. A gaming notebook seems like a contradiction in terms but MSI have pulled this off pretty well.

The Samsung N120 joins the latest brigade of Samsung netbooks (namely the Samsung N310) and brings in the muscle (well, slightly buff at the least).

The Samsung NC310 (or N310 if you prefer) is touting a supposedly 11-hour lasting battery. That’s a lot of time to get busy with your netbook. Available in what looks like a range of colors, this netbook will be hitting the UK first with the rest of the world to follow.
