LG Viewty Smart » LG-GC900

The LG Viewty Smart comes hot on the heels of LG’s iPhone clone, the Arena KM900, and looks just as good and with a heavy emphasis on the camera side of things.
The LG Viewty Smart handset comes with an Intelligent Shot Mode that makes it easy to take better pictures by automatically analyzing scenes and adjusting camera settings for you accordingly. Great for the point and shoot, technologically impaired crowd (mum I’m talking to you). The Viewty Smart camera is an 8 megapixel sensor with sensitivity up to ISO 1600. You can also add geo-tagging information courtesy of the inbuilt A-GPS.
The Viewty Smart also ships with a higher resolution 3-inch WVGA, full 800 x 480 resolution touchscreen than its predecessor, a more intelligent image processor and LG’s iPhone-like S-Class User Interface. Connectivity options include WiFi and a speedy 7.2 Mbps HSDPA network.
The 1.4GB internal memory won’t set your heart racing but that can be expanded to 32GB via supported SD cards. Available in Europe come May, no word as yet on when the LG Viewty Smart will hit the US.
