We love a good GPS and for a while GadgetHeat wondered what we would have done without one so with the Garmin Nüvi we thought we were in for a real treat. The Garmin Nüvi 350 has been available for some time now but it is only now that people are starting to realise what a good buy it is.

This state of the art GPS is typical of the Garmin stable and although TomTom still has the lions share of the market, the Garmin Nüvi 350 is taking steps to grasp a bigger share of the GPS market. You may have seen our KITT GPS a short while ago and thought that was cool or even the CDT PMP GPS that we just featured. The Garmin Nüvi 350 unfortunately does not have an inbuilt media player but it will get you to your destination accurately enough.

The interface on the Garmin Nüvi 350 is pretty intuitive and easy to use even for those who are not gadget savvy. If you had to choose between the Nüvi 350 and the TomTom One GB, then the Garmin would probably be your best choice.

There are different versions of the Nüvi available, the Garmin Nüvi 360 has been available for almost 2 years now but the 350 looks like it continues to be the stand out GPS of the range.
